Please connect the pump correctly. Red wire for positive pole and black wire for negative pole.If the pump doesn't work on your dispenser or other equipment, please try to use 12v power soure to test the pump singlely. If the pump operate but no water come out, please check the silicone tube and make sure the tube is not bending, it should be straight, otherwise the water can't come out or just very little flow rate.
