We will arrange for the pickup of the defective product and deliver the serviced or replaced product to your doorstep at no additional charge.

At CliqnShop.com, all of our products are new and supplied in their original packaging. All our international courier partners provide tracking of the shipments of your order. However, faults or problems may occur as a result of manufacturer or logistics errors, and we will do everything we can to remedy your issue as quickly as possible.Some of our products come with a worldwide warranty, so if your shipping was damaged owing to the manufacturer, please contact us at ([email protected]) and we'll assist you straight away. As a customer, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or it did not arrive as described. In that case, CliqnShop.com will provide you a full refund or store credit for the goods, as long as it is returned to us in their original packaging, including all accessories/manuals. Items like underwear, software, grocery/food items, products, personal grooming products, cosmetics, lotions, and personal health care products are non-returnable. Products with missing serial numbers, as well as those that have been used or opened by the user, are not eligible for return.

For eligible items for return, please be aware that we may need to request a photo or a brief video of the defect/damage on the products received, as this is required by merchants for refund/replacement and quality considerations

All refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You can request a refund (including the photo/short video) by emailing us or using Live Chat. The item(s) have to be shipped to our local warehouse and our support team will guide you for the return label post their initial requirements.

We will process refunds if the product is received in “Good Condition” and approved by the recipient warehouse. Once received, cliqnshop.com will notify the customer and start the refund process. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to appear on your original payment method (credit or debit card statement).

In case a wrong product is sent back to the warehouse the Refund will not be processed.

Cliqnshop is an International website that sells Globally. The place from where the Shipments originate will enforce the Governing law of that country. Products are shipped from various countries (from where they are manufactured or Stocked) and may be invoiced through one of the group subsidiary companies. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the place of Origination.

CliqnShop.com has authorization to list products on their website from international sellers, from brand owners, international distributors, international agents, international resellers. These authorizations are for self use (Cliqnshop.com) website, app, social media etc. The products are procured from these sources as mentioned and only genuine products are sourced and sold on the website Cliqnshop.com

All products and images belong to the brand owners and are only displayed on our website for exhibition purposes and are not owned by cliqnshop.com. If any brand owner would like to remove any images, products, or item listings from cliqnshop.com requested to write to [email protected]
